A great place not only for your HIIT workouts, but also to experience other things wellness-related like soundbaths or yoga. One of the owners, Katy, is working really hard to provide a well-rounded wellness experience and opportunities to bond with the community. I really enjoyed the NOVA soundbath there a couple weekends ago and am looking forward to attending more.
Where has this place been all my life?! Tried one class and signed up right away. I'm the kind of person that needs to feel comfortable with the energy in a gym and this place delivers. It's a total vibe. Great lighting, perfect combo of exercises, Charles is so welcoming and pushes you to be your best! Cannot wait to try more classes.
