RecommendedWe purchased a car there Saturday and the whole experience was great. We were able to get into the car we wanted. Mike Thompson was awesome during the whole financing part, and he made us feel very comfortable.
The only people who worked with us no co signer great customer service cheap down payment and you can pay it off early with no penalties.
I had a wonderful time working with Michael Thompson!! My boyfriend and I came in looking for a new car, and after a day of conversation over emails / phones calls we, we left the same day we came in with out new car!!! Thanks Highway Motors for having great employees to care for us during a big decision in our life!!! Michael was very awesome and on top of things!!!
Buying the car was not the problem it their Finance Company I'm on auto pay and they always call about the payment sends 2 emails every 2 weeks. Even when I'm at work I sometimes get 2 text messages. Just pain all the time.
All can say is AMAZING! I went to highway moItors on Thursday right before they closed for the day, I live about about hour away and was in desperate need of a vehicle. Quince, took me to each vehicle and and answered all of my questions, he's very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on their lot. I picked out my car, which I absolutely love, and it was time for the paperwork. Well it took almost 3 hours between the paperwork and waiting for the insurance agent to process everything.
