I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from McGrath a little over 12 hours ago. Jason was the sales person. The process went fairly well, took entirely too long but I was very happy with the condition and test drive on the car. I got the car back to St. Louis with no issues. Thought this place was going to be my go to shop, until i was falsely guided to buy a 2,000 exhaust system that was worse than the one i had on the truck. didn't get to inspect the exhaust before install, didnt get a packing slip from the box it came in, didn't get a receipt once the work was done. Great experience!! I got a great deal on a brand new car and a good price for my trade it. Well worth the 2 hour drive! Overall costumer service was great. I would most definitely buy from them again!
What a complete waste of hours of my time! Save yourself the drive, wasted time sitting at the dealer with salesman, test driving 3 cars, doing a walk through of the trade in BEFOREHAND, just to be told they won’t take said car as a trade hours later. Purchase your new car ANYWHERE else! 😁
