Power Washer – Came here the other day to get a power washer for my deck, the owner Harold was a pretty nice guy. We had quite the conversation while I was there and the overall experience was great. Pricing was good too.

Very bad service! – Was considering purchasing equipment there, thought I'd try the service first. Needed starter cord replaced, took it in. Picked it up one week later, got home, pulled cord- nothing. Called and talked to owner, was told it was working before I left. He finally told me to take lawnmower apart and bring starter assembly in to him and that he would "look" at it. Almost sounded like he was accusing me of breaking it. Worst experience ever.. Owner tried to fight me. – Worst experience I have ever had with any business. My brand new lawnmower breaks... So I contact Toro and they tell me to get in touch with an authorized service center... Being that this business was the closest to my house, I brought my lawnmower here. I mean it was just replacing a measly spring and pull cord, what could possibly go wrong?? I bring it there...
