Do NOT patronize this business. Shortly after renting space here, we moved out of the area. We have mailed payment each month well in advance of the due date. Each month when payment is received, a text message is sent acknowledging receipt and informing us that payment was not mailed to the correct address. "Correct" address was provided which we used the following month to mail payment only to have the same message sent to us with an entirely different address. This month, check was mailed 2 weeks ago. A very unprofessionally ran business. I would not recommend to anyone!! The lady that runs it never answers the phone, and takes about a week to return your messages. The "security gate" is broke and left open majority of the time. The parking lot has low spots and holds water. I had water petrude into my unit and ruin some of my belongings!!! When I explained the issue to her, she simply said that they are not responsible for any damaged or stolen property, and refused to fix the drainage issue!! When I switched to another ... read more
