We’ve had this setup on the truck for 11 months now, had no idea they’d put them on incorrectly. Went in for a balance and rotation up here in Abilene and they informed us that not only are the duallys incorrectly put on, but they’ve rubbed the tread off the interior side of the rim. We had no idea and this company is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake saying we’ve “had them too long now.” Like I would’ve known how to see this issue! $3400 worth of set up only to be out another $2000 in less than a year.
