Awful owner. Didnt care about having to cremate our dog of 14 years with compassion lacking. Go elsewhere people of Maryland. Your dog deserves better.
This place was amazing. Called them on a limb today looking for a memorial plaque for my dog we just put down. Kay was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate. I could go on and on. They got me right in same day and even made the plaque for me same day! Despite the unexpected loss of our pet, they made this a very pleasant experience. I would recommend them a hundred times to a hundred people. Thank you for all your kindness! Not to mention I am in love with my pups plaque! You guys rock!!
The staff at Highview were wonderful when I was in need of cremating my beloved German Shepherd, Hawkeye. They were compassionate, patient, respectful, and professional. I highly recommend them.
