Wow. What has PG county come to? Gang Violence, Drug addicts? When I was over there at 16/17 years old, there were non of that... It would be a peaceful neighborhood. 🙄 The annoying part is the mice & rent. Like stop increasing the rent, it's only a 2 bedroom apartment.
Here at Highview Terrace the maintenance staff is always on point when it comes to timing and getting the job done. I haven’t had many issues, but I’ve had enough issues where they do come in on a timely fashion. Most of my issues have been resolved within the same day. Some issues may take longer than others, but they have been one point with their work. I appreciate the maintenance staff very much.
Highview Terrace feels like home
Most times I don't do any reviews..... In case there would be an option for zero stars I would do that.... No Pest control, poor maintenance, Marijuana smell all over the place, no answers from office, they never make mistakes... Unreasonable fees, unlawful towing.... You can move there easily; but at first they don't tell you all the problems they have.... Be aware....
The staff is amazing they were very patient and helpful. Ruby is the BEST EVER!!!!!!
