I own an electrical contracting business and have a customer who purchased some Hightec Solar Panels. We needed some advice on installation and wiring to make compatable with the Invertor my customer had purchased. Hightec people were not going to support their products in any way or give advice on installation. Very rude and unwilling to assist my customer and me with this project.
I have been a customer of Hitech Solar for a couple years, the first panels i bought were 200 watt Rv panels, the test sheet showed them to put out 220 watts. I I have been getting closer to 235 watts from, very happy with these panels. I recently purchased a panel for my home use, the panel i purchased was tested at 325 watts, with a Victron mppt controller I am getting 362 watts in full sunlight! I've had 1250 of watts on my RV for three years now and they have been nothing short of perfect! Shipping was great and the panels are very high quality.
Working at this company - I would give less than 1 star if I could.
