Hight&Randall is one of the best jewelry stores I have worked with. So amazingly accommodating, and if you can’t find what you want in store, they will make it work somehow! 100/10 I would recommend. Especially, if you are in the Rochester area. They really do have amazing customer service, and they have owners who care about their customers.

Hight & Randall offers professional, courteous, kind, and attentive service even from afar. I somehow found their estate jewelry section on ther site (which is superb, I still scroll once in a while) and fell in love with a pair of Mikimoto pearl and diamond cluster earrings. I had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring with Randy. He sourced the perfect diamond and helped me customize a setting to my exact liking.
