We inherited a property in the Keys. We live out of state and knew there were Florida state and Keys idiosyncrasies in property transfer and ownership. Bobby was able to answer all our questions in great detail. He also pointed a big issue we weren't even aware of and that could have caused us enormous problems if not addressed. We were very impressed and plan to use him for our future FL legal needs. Get a Keys-based lawyer if you have a Keys property!

Bobby Highsmith took the family's dogs and put them in the car then said he was dropping them off at the SPCA. He returned later with the dogs. WHAT KIND OF PERSON WOULD USE DOGS FOR EMOTIONAL BATTERY AGAINST A FAMILY MEMBER. I WOULD IMAGINE THE WIFE AND KIDS WERE TERRIFIED, ANXIOUS AND HURTING WHILE HE DROVE OFF WITH THE DOGS AS IF THEY WERE TRASH TO BE RECYCLED TO ANOTHER FAMILY.
