The private, basement walkout room was comfortable with sufficient space and pretty quiet. The back door opened to the area where the garbage is kept and is best left closed. Navigating stairs with luggage is required. The staff was friendly when engaged, and a nice woman helped with my luggage. The room itself was clean. Overall this hotel is a good value with public transportation, restaurants and nightlife only steps away.
Some of the people they have working the front desk are absolutely horrible to try and talk to and get some information from. It doesnt take much to be nice but one girl is a very nasty person. I would recommend for you to stay somewhere else.
I stayed at this hotel during my five-day solo trip to DC. The free coffee, water, and ice were great perks, and the common areas provided a nice, clean environment perfect for studying or working. I would definitely choose this hotel again on future visits to DC. It’s a wonderful city. ❤️
Front desk girl is confrontational and not in the least bit helpful. Otherwise everything was ok.
Good queen bed room and great facilities. Nice happening location as well.
