Kristina is rude and unprofessional. I had the displeasure of touring her around my community for a potential client who was moving from out of state. Her client was clearly interested in the community. Kristina wasn't impressed, so she literally focused her videos/photos on the negatives. Her client got the feeling they weren't getting all the information they wanted and needed, so the client ended up calling the community directly and leased the very same apartment Kristina basically dismissed.
