I have worked with many realtor in my life and my expectations have been consistently lowered by either a lack of knowledge, communication or ability to close a deal. Stuart exceeded everything by a large margin. Our transaction was very difficult (house fire in middle of closing) and he stayed with us and helped keep it going all the way to a close.
