Recommendedthe physical therapy here is unmatched. I've been to a few nursing facilities and it's never pretty but highpointe gives a person a voice at least. and the psychiatrist that was consulting there was so outstanding and thorough she made this the best choice for me.

This place starved my mother and I will fight for justice!
This place is horrible neglectful and abusive. The upper management doesn’t care and most of the staff are rude and don’t care either. No one should be subjected to having to be a resident or patient here. They drug everyone up so they don’t have to deal with them and the residents will tell you to get out while you can.
This is the most incompetent facility I have ever encountered. Some staff are very unprofessional, with terrible attitudes. They intimidate the residents so they will not report the neglect, mental and emotional abuse they (residents) receive from some staff members. This is Unacceptable!!! I'm in the process of reporting the poor care my mother received during her stay, as well as filing a claim. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS FACILITY, AND DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR LOVED ONES!!
Not enough parking .... it is frustrating seeing employees use up more than half the spots
Alot of staff are incompetent, please dont put your loved ones in this facility. Not cleaning residents properly, on time, if at all. Clothing goes missing and some staff wont even put the clothes available on the resident. Staff slow to respond in emergency, it took a administration staff person to light a fire under everyone. They sucked so bad we had to take my grandfather home so Adult Protective Services was called on us. We will never let our loved ones go to that unorganized facility.
My dear friend Juan Texcidor fell and cut open his head. He was sent to Buffalo General Hospital and was sent back to the rehabilitation center without stiches and covered with blood. Thank GOD Edwin Martinez was the there to advocate for him. We will be ESPECIALLY watching Mr. Texcidor from now on. W. Vanessa Pomales Community Advocate
