I’m in shock over how horrible this company is. Brad is quite literally the worst property manager I have ever encountered with predatory business practices. At move in- property was dirty, light fixtures broken, sinks broken, dishwasher is broken, etc. Roof leaked every single time it rained. I can’t even count the amount of times we had to have tarps and buckets around the house to catch leaks. Supposedly it was “fixed” every time we reported yet continued to happen. Totally scammed us out of our deposit. The property had small issues when we moved in but we were told that if it cost less than $150 then it was on us to pay for it. So we let it slide. Back deck was covered in weeds and yard had trash including a condom in it. We cleaned it when we moved in. Then we moved out and they charged us for all of it. Brad was very helpful and quick to respond when we were having issues with our furnace. He was able to send someone over and got it fixed the same day! A pleasant experience overall.
