With a short term change in insurance, I brought my kids here for a cleaning to keep their cleaning schedules on time. I explained my situation when scheduling and when I got to the office, explained again that we just needed a cleaning. I was told that it's a liability not to do x-rays, that I could go somewhere else that would provide a "just a cleaning" and the dentist actually said to me, "if you want to do what's best for your sons...". We were forced to change dentists because of insurance reasons. Loved our previous dengist and didnt have issues but insurance seems to rule lately. Found this place. Completely not happy. Everytime we went I was told my child had several cavities. Talked ignorantly to my child. On time a staff called my house as a reminder and got rude with my child. Really the only good and clean office in this area that serves people on a wide variety of insurances...
Had my almost 5 yr old there and they were very patient with her and showed her everything they were going to do. I would recommend highpoint to every parent around!
They were great, treated Jassi very well short wait time. Clean except the bathroom.( But they were busy)
