I wanted to come on here and say that the nurses in CCU at Highpoint Sumner Hospital were fabulous!!! Especially Lauren! She is a very compassionate caring nurse and you can tell the well -being of her patients and the family is her number one priority!! She went above and beyond for my husband, he was in for a brain bleed. She understood it was a stressful situation, and my husband is not an easy patient to deal with, but she handled him perfectly and he just fell in love with her too!!! Not pleased at all. My grandmother was in ICU for over a week. After being moved to a regular room they did not physical therapy with her. When it was time to leave they did'nt even get her ready they just left her like she was and moved her to our car. They also didn't feed her some. They left the tray by the door but never brought it in for her. When it was time to go They acted like they didn't care and was just trying to get her out of their way.
