YEAH! I have found my ‘forever’ dentist office. Never have I felt so comfortable sitting in the dentist chair. Sharice, the Dental Assistant made me feel like we have been friends for years, chatting about this and that. Dr. Baltz ‘chairside’ manner was the best! He discussed things with me and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I've been going to HPD for several years, driving across town to do it. Great doctors and staff; child, youth and senior friendly. Billing is precise and accurate. I've been going to Highpoint for almost 5 years now and I've had only good experiences. The dental hygienist are great and turnover of hygienist are low which makes the experiences consistent! I would recommend this place to anyone nearby!
For over a decade I have Dr. Rowe as my children's and me as our dentist, since he had the office in Chambers. When he moved to Tower Rd., I tried a different dentist but I waited for hours, so I left and called Dr. Rowe's new office. He always make you feel welcome and vigilant about waiting time in case it got busy...All his staffs are very humble and frienly. I will never trade Dr. Rowe his customer service is great and he has a contiguous SMILE👍👍
