Dirty place to live. Dog poop inside elevator and front sidewalk. Theres always a moving truck outside. If a unit is vacant theres likely a good reason. Most common is reoccuring issues inside the unit/balconies falling off and nasty neighbors who are not friendly and make bad noises all night long. Cockroaches and bedbugs. Lots of smoke comes through the vents out of nowhere. Parking lot is a disaster someone always stealing a spot and never shoveled. Lived here for 7 months and I'm being harrassed out of my home by certain employees and another tenant/unit. Dont bother wasting time trying to work with them. Do what all the others have done- move out of the building and/or involve the board. I should have listened to everyone around me and took action long ago instead I chose to be patient which was a big mistake. Real star Management, top notch and building is kept up to current standards. Beautifully renovated apartments, landry room on main floor, social room where weekly coffee is served, craft night, game night and Cancer support group weekly. Annual BBQs. ***1,2 and 3 bedrooms available

A certain tenant on the front/left side of the building is dumping large amounts of their pets urine to the ground floor patio off their upper balcony. It stinks of urine and ammonia and has stained the balcony barriers underneath them. One day I could see the liquid bouncing off each balcony barrier- it was the grossest thing. I cringe knowing people put their hands and rest their bodies there.
