Applied to this place, they got my hopes up literally saying "You will fit right in here", a day later they denied us because we had a "bankruptcy" Just so were clear, We did not. My credit is 722, my partners credit is 712. and they randomly Lied to us when we asked what the reason for the declination was. The decline letter DID NOT EVEN HAVE A REASON. Edit: May 25th: The response to this review is a bold faced lie. We were told by the person who made the decision that it was because there was a bankruptcy on the account. Not one of us has a bankruptcy on any of our accounts. We triple checked. The only logical explanation after seeing other reviews is that we were discriminated against either because we're a gay couple or, most likely, because one of us is on ODSP. Did a tour of the place recently and there was clear signs of bedbugs. Even saw a roach scurry under the fridge. Avoid at all costs
Update as of May 23rd at 1015 am (a saturday). One of the staff is in the hallway outside my unit and working inside room directly beside my unit as my unit shakes from the upstairs neighbor pounding an object in my cieling- staff member ignores everything. More proof the staff are involved in harrassing me out of my unit.
