I managed to be the DJ for the summer party here, and it was awesome 👏 They have a lot of friendly residents and the pool is superb with all kinds of amenities. Highly recommend as the staff is nice, especially Joseph the property manager and Lorrena. This is definitely a beautiful place to call home in the Cypress/Willowbrook area 💎

So far I love my new apartment. When I moved in, it was so clean, I didn’t see any bugs or dead bugs around first day and I still don’t. Everything you pay for in the lease you get. The amenities are nice, the leasing office has lots of hospitality and the people in the community are nice as well. So far this is great for my third apartment. We just recently had a pool party with food and drinks, the community showed up and everyone was really cool. The food and drinks were okay and I’ll definitely come to the next party :) ... read more

Lorena and Ernesto are amazing. They truly make this the best High Point team. The pool party was fantastic. I really enjoyed the margaritas and the tacos too. My husband and I have been living here for a year, and we absolutely love this property. The property manager is incredibly friendly, supportive, and kind. We couldn’t be happier living here
