My husband and I moved in in January with our 2 year old little girl and we have nothing but great things to say about this property! i’m honestly just waiting for my lease to be up rent has increased, and the value has decreased due to new management we used to have valet trash every day now it’s down to four days and they only take one type of bag so recycling is out of a question. Keep in mind we do have four-story complex with no trash shoot. and the dumpster is almost a mile away. they’re cutting corners and the person that does pick up the trash, never picks up all of it.
Would not recommend leasing here, ever since new management took over extra fees are being charged and the leasing manager does not follow up on issues when discussed with him
I had the opportunity to speak with Joseph, the new property manager, and I’m pleased to see his commitment to improving the resident experience. He is actively working with residents to meet high expectations and ensure positive changes. His approach and dedication are a welcome improvement.
