Lorena was super sweet and amazing ! She help us every step of the process she took us for a tour and the apartments are very nice ! Highly recommend to ask for Lorena if you’re looking for a home
I had a great experience working with Lorena at Highpoint at Cypresswood Apartments! She was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire leasing process. Lorena took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping residents find the right home. I truly appreciate her patience and excellent customer service. Highly recommend working with Lorena if you’re looking for a new place to call home!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! ROACHES ARE EVERYWHERE , LOUD NEIGHBORS ALL NIGHT @2am CALLED COURTESY OFFICERS THEY DONT CARE NEITHER DOES THE OFFICE!!! THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND JOESPH IS NEVER OF ANY HELP!!! NUMEROUS MAINTENANCE REQUEST ASKING TO REPAINT THE APARTMENT, All OF MY REQUESTS WERE CANCELED , WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE!!!! IT GOT SO BAD I JUST COULDN'T DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE BETWEEN NOISY PEOPLE AFTER 12& 1 AM AND ROACHES ALL OVER THE APT MIND YOU THE PAINT LOOKED BAD THE DAY I MOVED IN (1/10) DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
