I hate this place please don’t move here the office his horrible my truck was broken into the first night I moved in due to a broken back gate office told me “EVERYONE GETS ROBBED” I’ll rather sleep in my car then renew my lease here

As a Google “local guide” and a locator for a tenant (for purposes, I will not disclose on this complaint). My ongoing communication have been ignored, by the onsite Property Staff & Management. Based on my factual experience with HighMark Residential , this company is conducting false advertisement/marketing. During my interactions with HighMark Residential , they have demonstrated to be dishonest , fraudulent , unethical and unprofessional. This company is only looking to Price gouge their Tenants in spite of the fact that they have neglected their properties for years, and now they are trying to use the "Upgrades" as justification of Raising rent to Astronomical rates while they state they are trying to remain competitive. Could it be because you're all a bunch of scummies? Oh, btw, the community has dramatically lost its tenants that it is barely at 30% capacity.

Since this company took over management at terra at piney point it's TERRIBLE! I lived there for seven years through three management companies and never had any problems until High Mark (ironic name). I'm seven years I was never more than 10-15 days late and got evicted for being 12 days late. Stay as far away from these people as you can for your own good. They lie and manipulate.
