BCBS deserves zero stars. I hate it. They took TWO MONTHS to do the preauthorization so I could start my CHEMO treatments, just to tell me the treatments will cost me $1,000 per weekly appointment. "Siki" is the woman I spoke with. She told me she would call me back either the very next day(Friday) or the following Monday. If I could give Highmark BCBS 0 stars I would. I was told by a customer service employee that a particular service was covered, it was not, she even told me it was wrongly denied and approved it. Followed through with 2 more appts and those were denied as well. We then found out that, that employee was wrong and it wasn’t a covered service. The company admitted to me that their employee was wrong and that the employee had been counseled so this wouldn’t happen to anyone else. If I could give less stars I would. I been trying to pay my health insurance premium for over a month. The portal that puts me over to the payment on their site says your payment has already been received. My bank account doesn't show that.. nor does your system you have when I call in. Now we are almost 2 weeks into January and I'm still not able to pay my bill due too your payment system won't except my zip code in Pittsburgh? WTH.. they're asking for multiple forms of payments for a $95 bill, take it from my debt account.... read more
