December 2025 they charged my bank account $670ish w/o my knowledge or consent to “go ahead and pay for January 2026 coverage” 1. I didnt confirm that I was going to continue coverage with them. 2. I got calls and emails saying they extended the deadline into January 2026 but they went ahead and charged me! 3. They never added my tax credits which would make my monthly bill $18.63. That’s it!!! BCBS deserves zero stars. I hate it. They took TWO MONTHS to do the preauthorization so I could start my CHEMO treatments, just to tell me the treatments will cost me $1,000 per weekly appointment. "Siki" is the woman I spoke with. She told me she would call me back either the very next day(Friday) or the following Monday.
