We could not recommend Highmark Homes more highly. We were one of the thousands of people who started with a builder who collapsed half way through. My house is only 4 years old and the cracks throughout the house is ridiculous. Highmark states it's due to movement, partially true but they won't admit the slab is uneven, which can be felt as you walk through the home and is visible when you look at the slab. They have an impeccably aggressive and defensive attitude when issues are brought to them and they refuse to fix issues created by their builders. Never again!
