If I could rate in the negatives, I would! I went to Highly Recommended Salon for the first time two days ago. Jen was was stylist. My hair looked NO different afterward, all my gray was still there and the highlights that could be seen are orange. I was the last client there and could not stay too have it fixed, nor did I think she was capable. I explained that I did not want to pay for nothing.
