I called billing with a question. AMBER has a message on her phone that states she would be out of the office starting 7/10 and would return calls on 7/17. I called on 7/21, and she had not yet changed her message. I left a message on 7/21, 7/22, 7/23, and 7/24. She has yet to return my call. My husband had shoulder surgery at this center this past week. We had read the four reviews and had concerns because of them. However, we could not have been more pleased with this facility. From the moment we entered the doors, Covid protocols were being carefully followed. The nurse at the front assured me that all staff would be wearing masks at all times. I was not allowed in.
