Lived here 20 years. HOA steals money and never gets anything done on the property. Summer no sprinkler system. Dead grass and dead plants and trees. Crazy and a natural reserve runs through the middle of it.

BAT INFESTATION! There are large piles of bat poop all around my building. This is a huge health hazard as histoplasmosis is transmitted through bat poop by spores. I had a bat get into my unit about a week ago. Wildlife inspectors came out and the HOA decided to only patch the cracks to my unit full well knowing this is an entire building wide issue in building 230. It's actually a whole complex wide issue as the bats will just move to the next building down the line if the cracks are sealed in one building. The expert told... read more
