Why do they kill the trees and bushes they dont water them .I dont care about the grass but we need trees around here.myb e instead of grass tress.and put atm a little water won't hurt at least take care of the most important our protection from the heat... what are you going to do when we have nothing .....put new trees in and not water them.....so sad ..even if there is a water restriction doesn't mean dont water....!!!!
Lived here 20 years. HOA steals money and never gets anything done on the property. Summer no sprinkler system. Dead grass and dead plants and trees. Crazy and a natural reserve runs through the middle of it.

BAT INFESTATION! There are large piles of bat poop all around my building. This is a huge health hazard as histoplasmosis is transmitted through bat poop by spores. I had a bat get into my unit about a week ago. Wildlife inspectors came out and the HOA decided to only patch the cracks to my unit full well knowing this is an entire building wide issue in building 230.
