We bought a brand new home that Highline built and we could not love it more! The design credits go to the architects but the quality of build is also superb. We've had (and are still having) a great experience with Highline Homes. Building/buying is, of course, never not riddled with surprises and semi-disasters, but these guys handle everything like pros. We requested quite a few changes & additions to an almost finished home and Jake never even twitched lol, got right to work and did a fantastic job.
