Great staff vary nice willing to help you in anyways love going there.
As a musician, hearing is obviously extremely important to me. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten until I heard the difference with new hearing aids! I immediately started telling my musician friends to get their hearing checked. It is literally life-changing. Jennifer Vert has been awesome in taking care of me! The entire staff is friendly and professional.
I have been coming here for the last three years and my experience has been great. I saw Naya Owusu who really knows whats going on. I asked for an appt because I didn't feel like my hearing aids were at a high enough level. Naya gave me a hearing exam and then we discussed what the conditions were at my workplace--a production facility. She made an adjustment that now gives me the ability to go to a higher level if I need it--what a blessing! Of course the staff there is always great and helpful.

RecommendedMy first visit was on June 4 and I was pleased with Eileen's knowledge and professionalism. We had a very frank conversation about my hearing and my needs. The support staff was excellent.
My first visit with Highline was last week so I've only met the front office staff (Stacey) and one of the audiologists (Jennifer Vert) - but what a great team! Very friendly and helpful, with a great approach to providing quality, ongoing service for their patients. I highly recommend this organization.

My hearing deficit, inherited otosclerosis, is difficult and complex to manage. My most recent appointment was with audiologist extern Naya Owusu. She has a refreshing, real-world approach and is intent on trying new ways to communicate with her clients. I greatly enjoyed working with her, and, wish her success in her career.
