I met with Naya Owusu. I had not been in for a couple of years and my warranty had expired. Naya was very professional but friendly, and explained my options, gave me an updated hearing exam, and explained the process for reconditioning my existing hearing aids. I arrived with some trepidation and left very comfortable. Thank you, Naya!
The two visits I have had at Highline Hearing Professionals were both professional and fun. Eileen explains things well, and she listens, too. After the first visit I felt that I would be in "good hands" and my hearing aids would fit me. Now that I am in my first day with them, I'm simply learning. She warned that I had to get used to them, and I will. I am glad that Highline Hearing Professionals was recommended to me by a satisfied client.
