Management sucks here
Toured these apartments and was unimpressed. Went to three separate buildings and saw trash and roaches in all. The complex is a reflection of the poor management. The head manager was also uncomfortable and unpleasant smelling. Just a difficult gross experience. Would not recommend.
Packages are being stolen directly from the lockers. This isn’t random someone clearly has access to locker codes or the system itself. Items are marked delivered and then disappear. Major security issue. I’d avoid having anything important shipped here until it’s fixed.
The office staff and maintenance staff are great and take care of any issue promptly.
