Richard Armstrong was incredibly rude to the current tenant in a space we were looking to lease. Talking over her, telling her she wasn’t allowed to SPEAK. Shut the door in her face. I was too stunned to speak. I will not be doing ANY sort business with him. Absolutely disgusting
Richard Lee Armstrong has got to be the most awkward and rude leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with. Very odd in his approach, yet completely cocky and arrogant. Insulted me and my business. Absolutely, no way that I would ever work with him on a property. Luther
Mr Richard Armstrong who I called today to inquire about a rental property was very rude on the phone to me,,I only offered to pay a certain amount for a rental and he said no...then I said I wish you the best of luck ..and in a very rude and aggressive manner told me that we do not need luck!! He was very hostile..I do Not recommend anyone deal with him directly .. He should be fired and not allowed to practice real estate .....I may report him soon ...
Highlight Realty Network - Petty, unprofessional, rude. I am not sure how they stay in business. Be wary of this business if you are going to rent an office! We were going to rent an office from them, changed our minds and they made our lives miserable!
