Rude and overselling!! After unsuccessful order online from Highlands Yamaha I drove to the same Highlands Y dealer to purchase my part. Gentleman behind the desk insisted that the fairing part I ordered comes as a set with a paper sticker that I also have to order for $90 dollars extra. I refused. In the end the bill was still higher than on the store own website , salesman explained me that they charge more inside the store.
