I will never recommend Highlands to anyone unless you want cheated out of money. We closed over a month ago and have been given the run around on money owed to us because a mistake made on their part. We have been more than understanding and patient but after this long it's beyond ridiculous.
Their agent Sandra Snaden treated my aunt and uncle very poorly. She was extremely unprofessional and did nothing to investigate what they were telling her.
Our home buying experience with Highlands Realty was extremely positive. Tim Sproles was the realtor that worked with us, and he is AMAZING. He was very honest and had our interests in mind throughout the entire process. He was easy to communicate with and took care of all documents/tasks in a timely manner. From start to finish, the entire process was very quick and smooth sailing!!
