Disappointed. Both Dr and office staff are very friendly and try to be helpful. Dr McClay did well with adjusting my contact prescription; however, after a couple of incidences, I've found another doctor. After minimizing the potential impact of glaucoma, Dr McClay prescribed drops to reduce IOP... that my new doctor says are not needed. Dr McClay insisted on telling me every time that they would "make eyelashes long and full!" RecommendedI had a more thorough exam there than I did with Opthomologist i used before. I was not rushed in any way. My questions were answered and everything explained in layman terms. They will be my first choice for corrective vision! Everyone there was friendly, helpful and professional.

This place is a joke. My boyfriend went in for his eye appointment in early June and ordered glasses. His current prescription was old and his glasses were broken, so he needed both pretty quickly. It took MONTHS to get "his" glasses. He called every couple of weeks and either no one would answer, no one would return his voicemails, or they would use Covid as an excuse to never get back to him.
