I went in for my insurance covered semi-annual cleaning and was treated like an quickly oil change customer. They were very animate that I opt for a high end cleaning....which of course is extra $. I didn't even have a choice, they refused to offer the standard cleaning. Unbelievable. I declined the high end cleaning and went elsewhere. Also tried to upsell me to redo my fillings which barely have any wear.
