Terrible customer service. They need to take their business back to California and stop trying to scam people here in Colorado. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to this business.
Worst jewelry store Greeley has to offer! There’s definitely better options.
Terrible customer service. Went in to get a ring fitted and was told they would be able to have it done the next day around 5pm. Went in the next day after 5pm and asked about the ring and was told to leave my number and take a ticket and they would call when it was done. By this time it was Tuesday they said it would be done no later than Friday. Friday came around and still no call. Went in Saturday and asked again and was turned away and told that they would call when it was done and gave no further explanation or update.... read more
