Dr. Mandi Allen- Bell is one of few Dr 's that I have met that REALLY listens to her patients and genuinely cares. She has been my Dr since I had open heart surgery in '09, and I refuse to even think about changing. Staff are the best anywhere, friendly, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable! !!!!
I was there on Nov. 10 everyone there treated me so nice an anything I needed they brought me. I could have not ask for a better place to have had surgery the drs. an nurses were all great. Also my mom was there for several wks. an they treated her great.
I have been sitting in this waiting room by myself with no one in front of me for TWO HOURS. So many people (8 with medical bracelets on) have came out of their rooms already during this time, yet I am still sitting here, in pain and waiting. I am quite frustrated with this wait. I wish I would have just went to Huntsville.
Fast, clean, and friendly service-knowledgeable compassionate staff that smiles, speaks, seems like they actually enjoy their jobs and and treat you and your children like they would their own. Thank you for the services you provided to my daughter today.
