I would expect better from an apartment complex that is through HUD! horrible owner/management/everything dirty fraudulant activities most apartments if not all need serious upgrades money hungry management very sad living conditions - common areas as well place needs a serious overhaul as in new management and upgrades through out - just needs someone who cares about the building and welfare of its tenants and not how big their wallets are getting!
