Highlands is a regular place for me stopping in for brunch more often than I will admit! That being said, lately the service and food quality has suffered. Melissa used to be so great at taking care of everyone and ensuring the food was good quality. Multiple times recently, I have been met with less friendly service and the food hasn't always been the best. Fantastic house drip from a roaster located just across the street. Corned beef hash was amazing, definitely making this a preferred breakfast/brunch spot.
I always order takeout so I’m not sure how the service or atmosphere is but the food is always great. They should definitely have more than 4.3 stars!
