This is an older building and has some issues from a previous management company that, according to previous residents, was terrible. But I just moved in and the new management company has been absolutely wonderful in getting the issues resolved and showing genuine concern for their tenants. It's a quiet area, very close to campus and Hwy 82, spacious, and affordable. I'm very glad I chose to move here! It's also pet-friendly, which I love.
