They refused to write a prescription. They want to charge $27 Trifexis and not let you order through 800petsmeds where you can get the same meds for $18. Your pet is just a profit center to them
Out standing. They take very good care of my French Bulldog Bucky. We started using them from the time we brought him home. Thank you so much for out standing job
We highly recommend boarding your pets here. They go well above & beyond. Our dog Carmella stayed during our extended vacation. I was worried to leave her because she's older and arthritic. They treated her like their own. She was out to be socialized a lot, well taken care of & I could tell she was spoiled. She got to take all of her favorites to be as comfortable as possible. Today was the first time I visited Highlands Animal Clinic. I was so impressed with the staff. They were all friendly & very helpful. I would like to extend kudos to Nancy. She helped me with my dog Barron. Very helpful with the questions I had. I highly recommend this facility.
Our senior dog had a severe change in condition over night and when we took him to our regular vet, first thing in the morning they turned us away because they already had to many walk-ins. Disappointed and with our poor boy in severe pain we called Highlands Animal Clinic. the receptionist was so nice and told us to come in and they would see us right away. Been going there since 2005 and have not looked back. Their kennel accomadations are second to none. Great staff...I have three poodles and they are all healthy thanks to Highlands Animal Clinic :)
This is the best animal clinic around. I love the entire staff and they take excellent care of all my fur babies.
