The only thing I can say is it has reasonable boarding rate. But visits are outrageously priced. Yeah, it's close to home, but never ever have I paid over 700.00 for vaccinations of 3 fur kids. But I did.
Dr. Samaad allowed a dog to be given away by a member of his staff when the dog was being briefly kenneled. The dog, BeBop, is still missing.
I wish that I could say something favorable about this Clinic, but my first, and last, experience with them was not good I had my G'daughter take a stray here to be spayed, and they charged me a total of $360. I called and they broke down the charges for me. The initial cost for the spayed is $195. She was in heat, another $50. A collar (?) $15. Flea treatment $15. Highlands Animal Clinic is staffed by caring people who truly love animals. They have "doctored" my mom's cats and we could not be more pleased with the service, outcomes, and compassionate care her pets received.

I love this clinic! The vet techs are so sweet to my Maribelle. I work in the city and getting back to Baytown before they close is a task. They are always so patient and kind when I come to pick things up or drop my Maribelle off within a few minutes of closing time. I really couldn't ask for more. Quality care by people who truly care about each pet.
