I cannot express how awesome my experience has been with this organization. Read her website mission statement and if it doesn’t bring a tear of gratitude to your eye, you simply do not get it. She walks that talk! Make no mistake about that. Dr. Monaco came to my home with her Assistant, Lex, and there simply aren’t enough words to explain my awe with the thoroughness and professionalism. You cannot go wrong here. You will be very grateful.
Absolutely horrible place. Very expensive for me idk why all these people are lying or being treated differently. I didn’t get my dog’s issue solved she tried to charge me twice for the same thing. Maybe if you did your job and actually did it correctly you wouldn’t have to do it again and charge me who’s already financially not doing well
The whole team deserves 5 stars. I have incredibly difficult chiweenies and they all went above and beyond to make the visit comfortable. The vet, Dr. Francher was extremely helpful in answering all questions and caring for my pets. Would highly recommend.
The Saturday before Thanksgiving was a bad day for me. My dog, Barrett, couldn’t walk anymore. I was able to quickly schedule a visit at Highlands to see what could be done to help him. I carried my best friend in there and weighed him. He had gone from 80lbs to 66lbs. That floored me. I knew he had lost weight but I couldn’t believe it was that much.
