I cannot Thank Dr. Jones and her assistants enough for her patience with my very anxious, scared of everything and everyone GSD. Since my fur baby girl's original Vet moved away, she did not trust anyone else. Finally, after 6 or 7 different vet tries over the last couple of years, we found a Gem of a Dr. again for her!! Got me in very quickly. Excellent check in, initial vet tech exam was very thorough. Dr Jones listened carefully to my observations and reviewed the previous vet records. While our cat may have mild kidney disease, Dr Jones did an ultra sound and, unfortunately, found advanced stomach cancer. They treated Gracie with care and respect and found the real problem. I highly recommend Highland.
I cannot express how awesome my experience has been with this organization. Read her website mission statement and if it doesn’t bring a tear of gratitude to your eye, you simply do not get it. She walks that talk! Make no mistake about that. Dr. Monaco came to my home with her Assistant, Lex, and there simply aren’t enough words to explain my awe with the thoroughness and professionalism. You cannot go wrong here. You will be very grateful.
