RecommendedI have never had to wait long to get an appointment. Dr G is a gentleman and a scholar. He takes his time to listen to my concerns and addresses each one with intelligence and compassion. I trust his judgment and that says a lot. I’m very pleased that he has placed his practice in West Milford and has other visiting specialists that come to his office. I find the staff friendly, professional and helpful.
Yeah the wait is a little long but it’s worth it. They actually take the time and do their job
If you value your life, stay as far away as possible from Highlander Family Medicine. They ordered bloodwork on my husband over a week ago. He called yesterday because he hadn’t heard anything (a full week later) to be told that he had mono. They claimed they received results Saturday, and hadn’t had a chance to call. When we picked up the lab results today we realized that they had the results Friday morning at 9am. By Monday afternoon at 1pm, they still had not called. I love the staff. Dr. G is wonderful. Walk in and appointment times have always been a wonderful experience for me. I am new to the practice and so happy with my choice!
Dr. Gauriglia is the most caring wonderful MD I've ever had. He orders appropriate tests and referrals if needed beyond the scope of a general practice. He doesn't rush you listens and answers all your questions. He has a very pleasant professional staff. His care has been extraordinary in every way
Their walk-in process & line prefernce is ambiguous & unfair to those who have already checked in and are waiting to be seen & are then pushed back in line due to someone new who walks in and are friendly with the staff. First come, first served is the only fair option.
