very disappointed. I paid my mortgage through this company for ten years really never had to deal with them too much when I did it was ok, but when I came upon my last payment I called them because I knew I had paid them a little extra each month so figured I probably had the last payment about covered but when I asked I owed them money because they said I had late fees so they had taken over 300 dollars and I owed them over a 100 dollars more. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STRESS Awful company ?? poor, dismissive, and ignorant service. I rented in Oswego and moved out ASAP. I would never recommend Cedarwood Townhomes to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Do some research and find somewhere better to bring yourself and family. I have friends trying to get out of there now along with about 4 other families who just left.
Tyrants for hire! This company runs their properties like tyrants. They are disrespectful to anyone they deal with. I own a condo in Chestnut Hills and Highlander recently became the "property manager." All I can say is that Chestnut Hills is worse than it was when our previous manager was at the helm.
