One month later, I am still waiting on my last item to arrive. Not that Highland had much control but they showed no initiative in that the order was still incomplete or offer to resolve the issue, like a credit, using a different shipper, etc. Got the remaining product delivered from Home Depot in less than 24 hours. Highland, if you are going to take my money then see the process through to completion. Since you know FedEx is having issues, why not use another shipper?
Took two calls to get a catalog and when I placed my order they took my money but never ship it. I called and was told they would have to get back to me. I cancelled my order.
