RecommendedThe office staff as well as maintenance staff are great. I have an issue with my apartment most times they are here. within 20 minutes to maybe 4 hours later if they have to go get the part needed to fix whatever. They are pet friendly, you'll get a sticker with a number on it stating pets inside. Which puts my mind at ease when I leave my cat Nova home alone. My service dog Snow goes everywhere with me. They have a dog park for our pups to gather and play. while us parents supervise and chat.
I would highly recommend this dog and kid friendly community. If the 24 hour laundry facility, amazing well kept pool and property and reasonable prices are not great enough; the leasing and maintenance staff are personable, reliable and efficient. My four legged family and I love living here, highly recommended!
Too many hidden fees. The office never picks up the phone. The office workers do not communicate with one another and I am constantly asked to provide documents or pay charges and then referred to speak with the other office worker to get anything resolved. And I am constantly having to pay more than my bill states I owe.
Both my parents lived there and yes too many hidden fees, they are not senior or handicapped friendly..Pet fees are ridiculous and the apartments are run down, drug addicts taking advantage of the elderly. And staff turn over has been questionable. Adios to the property...Do not rent here...
This is a hidden oasis - definitely make a stop by Highland Woods Apartments. With the great deals, beautiful property filled with mature trees and attentive positive staff you are sure to fall in love with this place to call home !!
