worse place ever!!! laundry stolen car broken into. dog attacked and rats. also had a dog poisoned by a resident and the complex did nothing!! was harrassed and it's a dump
I wish they cared more about this mouse problem. i have requested traps multiple times and they keep blowing me off. I'm 8 months pregnant and really shouldn't be exposed to this sort of thing. will be leaving when our lease is up.
After they finally got rid of the maintenance staff that didn’t do there job it is better. Office staff are nice and are working to make this a nice family oriented place.
I loved it when ce ce was there but then when she left. Carrie took our money and pretened she didn't get it and got us Evicted. I have never had a problem paying my rent. I was there for almost two years. Plus they stole stuff from us when we got evicted broke all my stuff. On top of it all no sheriff note saying we were being evicted. It was a huge surprise. Now I found out that she is trying to pull this shit on my friends that lived in the same building I did. Those were my neighbors the best I have ever had.
CiCi is awesome, she has been working really hard to clean the place up. New maintenance man; Juan is friendly, courteous and very efficient. The problems that they have here are the same problems that there are with any Apartment Homes. When there is so many people in a little tiny area bad things happen. But as I mentioned she is really cleaning it up well and deserves to be recognized for that.
I've lived here for 2 years and the place has really gone to shit since the new management. People hang out outside right in front of the entrance drinking and smoking cigs with there ghetto barefoot kids running around destroying the flowers and trees. They leave their toys and beer cans in the staircase and no one cleans up it up for at least a week. They have Mexicans piling up over a dozen in a one bedroom. This place is amazing! I'm so close to work, the pool is heated, neighbors are really nice, great location, wonderful mountain view, heated pool, very clean gym, easy to find, HEATED POOL. The staff is so friendly and try their best to help you. I walk in and they wanted to talk about star wars and books, how could that not be amazing?? Did I mention the heated pool? Also they just repainted, fixed the garbage, AND redid the parking lot!!
