I'll try to keep it short. I lived there for years and there are some things that really stood out. Management was always fair and kind. Maintenence was on point and also kind. Snow removal was prompt. And the community from the neighbors was awesome. The kinda people that will shovel out their neighbors garage door and get the door when your are full of groceries.

I’ve lived at Highland Village in a one bedroom apartment for the last year and have nothing but amazing things to say about it. I felt incredibly safe living there, the complex is very clean, quiet and reasonably priced for the amount of apartment space. I’ve also only had great interactions with management, Nunuu is super responsive and helpful. Jerked around for a WEEK then denied my application for bogus reasons. Approved in 5 minutes at the much nicer, same price, apartment complex in suburbia Duluth. It's not nice to play with people's lives.

My wife and I lived here for over 7 years and we loved our apartment. The manager and maintenance staff were quick to respond to any and all of our concerns. They are friendly, easy to talk to and treated us like family. We will miss them and the way they made us feel at home here. We will also miss the breathtaking view from our apartment as well.
